Yin is the left side of the Tao Twins duplex, a two-story new build in Dallas, Texas, completed in 2025 and acquired by Fareed and Rambod Abedini as their first partnership investment property together. Designed for short-term rental use through Airbnb, the interior is shaped by minimalist principles and a gentle emotional sensibility, resulting in a composed and intentional living environment.
This side embodies a philosophy of calm restraint and visual clarity, where simplicity takes precedence over excess and every detail is guided by purpose rather than ornamentation. In an increasingly fast-moving world, it offers a grounded experience defined by ease, balance, and quiet sophistication. As modern interiors continue to shift toward more intentional living, Yin represents a thoughtful approach that values atmosphere and emotional presence as much as form.

THE YIN

Our residential design approach transforms private homes into hospitality-ready environments where comfort, function, and experience work in harmony. Whether converting a residence for short-term rental use or refining an existing space for guest living, we design interiors that feel intentional, welcoming, and thoughtfully composed for modern hospitality.

From concept to completion, we guide every stage of the design process, including spatial planning, materials, lighting, furnishings, textures, and finishing details. The result is a cohesive, intentional environment that feels complete, lasting, and thoughtfully considered. Whether it is your personal residence or a home away from home, our approach to residential design transforms spaces into refined, experience-driven interiors tailored to your exact needs.
